What are your phone cases made of?

Our phone cases have a shock absorbent bumper around all 4 edges giving it an added insurance against bumps or drops. The back print is a specially coated aluminium which not only gives your phone an added layer of protection but also ensures the print never fades or chips off.

Do you print my pictures on the sides of the case as well?

No. All designs will be printed on the back of the case only.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards and Paypal for all orders. For orders within Singapore, we also accept bank transfer payments.

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?

We will ship out within 2-4 working days. Local orders usually takes 2-4 working days to reach you. International orders takes about 3-14 working days depending on your location. All orders come with tracking codes.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, if you have a valid mailing address, we can ship to you!

What types of shipping do you offer?

For local (Singapore) orders, we ship by registered mail. For orders to other countries, we ship via registered air mail. Both local and overseas orders come with real time tracking for your peace of mind.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not have a return or exchange policy. If you have a problem with your order that is not related to damaged / wrong item, we regret to inform you that we do not accept exchanges. However, if your item is of a wrong design / phone model or item has been damaged, kindly email us at and we will respond ASAP.
